Please send an email to SALES@VOODOOSOLES.COM to receive an RMA (return authorization) number to be written on the box. Packages missing the RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Make sure returned items are shipped using a trackable method. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages.

All shoes must be worn on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as this is considered a part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Fragrance products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging.
Sale items and made to order items are considered Final Sale and not returnable for refund or credit. Final Cut items are considered Final Sale and not returnable for refund or credit. Our gift card program is on the way! Until then, returns for any item you receive as a gift will be credited back to the purchaser’s original form of payment. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item or size, please return your original merchandise via one of the methods outlined in How to make your return and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed.
